Aftercare & Client Support
Electric Frog has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and industry-leading aftercare — the reason so many clients return to us for future projects.
We’re proud to offer references on request, and we actively encourage prospective clients to visit a completed installation and speak directly with homeowners who are happy to share their experience.
Maintenance
Alongside the standard one-year system warranty, we offer tailored Maintenance Contracts designed to keep your smart home performing at its best long after installation. Once the warranty period ends, clients can opt into a plan that includes preventative servicing, diagnostics, remote support and system optimisation.
Just like our design and engineering work, our maintenance packages are fully customisable — from response times and the frequency of on-site visits to the level of coverage included.

Power Management
Effective power management protects your technology and extends the life of your equipment.
Our systems provide real-time insight into power outages and irregularities. In the event of a power cut, a backup battery gives the automation system enough time to communicate with our maintenance server before shutdown, ensuring we have full visibility of the issue.
We can also supply power conditioning equipment to safeguard against high or unstable voltages, significantly reducing the risk of hardware damage and unnecessary downtime.
Remote Monitoring
Electric Frog’s Remote Monitoring service allows us to track the health and status of your smart home in real time. Our central monitoring station continuously observes key systems — including your IT network, home automation processor, lighting control, AV sources, media servers, temperature and humidity sensors, and leak detection.

If anything changes, our team receives instant alerts, enabling us to respond immediately. Many issues can be diagnosed or resolved remotely, eliminating the need for an on-site visit. This level of support is particularly valuable for properties in remote locations or for marine installations where access can be more challenging.
